Annual Chicken BBQ & Yard Sale: The Annual Chicken BBQ and Yard Sale will be held on September 6 from 10:30 AM - 2 PM brought to you by Fairlington United Methodist Men. Yard sale spaces are a 10 ft x 10 ft space on the parking lot with a suggested donation of $20 (collected during the BBQ), no pre-registration required. Volunteers Needed: The Fairlington United Methodist Men are asking for volunteers to help with set-up, kitchen help, grilling, serving, and clean-up. You are invited to help for just a few hours or for the whole day. (Volunteer hours are between 6 AM and 5 PM) The proceeds from the BBQ provides funds for the Scouts and other community services.
